Online educational platform to support workforce in Sweden , Project Manager

This project is a comprehensive platform that aims to bridge the gap between jobseekers and employers. The platform offers a range of tools and resources to help find suitable job openings, while also providing employers with an efficient and streamlined way to recruit top talent.
The platform offers a user-friendly interface that makes it easy for jobseekers to create profiles, upload their resumes, and apply for job openings in various industries. Jobseekers can also search for jobs based on location, industry, salary, and other relevant criteria.
It was committed to providing a transparent and fair hiring process for both jobseekers and employers by providing them with valuable information on industry wages and connecting them to educational courses and recruitment programs for different fields.
Additionally, the knowledge base equips users with vital information that will benefit them in their future employment endeavors.
On this project, the client approached us with a ready-made project concept but without specifications and a complete application layout. After collecting the requirements, I conducted research on how to improve the visual and functional components of the project. I also found a designer who helped us with UI / UX improvements and we started development. I was also responsible for communication, sprint planning and reporting to the client.

This project involves creating a social networking platform designed for sharing short videos. Users can communicate through video or audio, ask intriguing questions, and answer them in video format. The goal is to help elderly individuals capture and share life stories with family and friends, preserving their memories for years to come. The platform includes several components:
● Web Version: Allows users without the full application to view videos, read questions, and access profiles and activities through a browser.
● Admin Panel: Manages reports, sends invitations, and oversees user interactions.
As a Full-Stack Engineer, I designed and built the entire application architecture from the ground up, both on mobile and server sides. I set up CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, deployed the application on AWS Elastic Beanstalk with multi-container Docker, and integrated artificial intelligence to generate engaging questions and facts based on user data. I also developed unit and end-to-end tests to ensure comprehensive application coverage.

Our team at the outstaff agency successfully completed a venue management project that included the development of a mobile application and a web-based admin panel.
The mobile app allows clients to effortlessly manage venue information, access real-time occupancy updates, and view detailed analytics. On the other hand, the admin panel offers venue managers comprehensive control over data management, analytics, and communication tools.
Key features of the project include a user-friendly mobile application geared towards venue management tasks, as well as a web-based admin panel with advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
In my role as a Full-Stack Developer focusing on backend development, I was responsible for crafting APIs, optimizing the system architecture, and integrating third-party services to enhance communication and data management through Firebase.
Overall, our project successfully delivered a robust venue management system that streamlines operations and enhances decision-making for venue managers.
