Introduction
The project is an exciting online casino game that offers a wide range of slot machines with different themes and exciting features. As a player, you can enjoy a variety of games with stunning graphics, realistic sound effects, and engaging gameplay that will keep you entertained for hours. Application is build using MERN stack (React, Express, Node.JS, MongoDB) This product was designed with the latest technologies to ensure a smooth and seamless gaming experience. The user can access the game from any device, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Our team was initially brought on board to handle the security assessment and integration of a new game provider in a software development project. After demonstrating good results, we were entrusted with the task of developing a range of new features and ensuring the stability of the application.
In addition to our work on the main application, we also embarked on several satellite projects that were essential for supporting the platform:
-We created a webflow landing page to showcase partnership offers. Instead of developing a custom solution, we suggested using the webflow platform to reduce costs and expedite the release.
-We built a tournament marketing platform using Next.js, which is responsible for scheduling and managing tournaments. This platform also features a back office for our streamer partners.
-Recognizing the importance of catering to a specific audience segment, we developed a completely new Next.js application. This application mirrors the main web application but with a more targeted set of features and a design that is better suited to the needs of the audience.
Throughout our involvement in the project, we've worked diligently to meet the objectives set before us. We are proud of the progress we have made as a team and the positive impact our contributions have had on the platform.
Kanban
We are thrilled to share how our project team successfully established seamless communication with our esteemed client. By implementing the Kanban methodology and introducing daily stand-ups, we achieved greater transparency and collaboration within our team.
Additionally, we found innovative ways to streamline our communication process, making our calls more efficient and time-saving. Our commitment to preparing individually for calls and utilizing asynchronous methods allowed us to reduce the duration of team calls, ensuring that only the necessary teammates were involved.
Furthermore, we introduced daily reports on our messenger chat group, eliminating the need for stakeholders to join every single call. This approach kept the entire team well-informed and updated. By implementing these effective communication strategies, we have enhanced the overall efficiency and productivity of our project.

As a result working on the project we achieved a various set of goals:
- Improved stability of the application;
- Improved the UI/UX of the application being responsible for the redesign of the main pages;
- Introduced a set of new features: tournaments and improved bonus system;
- Integrated complex maketring CRM, customer journey builder, affiliate tracking system;
