Introduction
The client approached us with a great idea to create an app where people can talk to each other via short video or audio recordings and answer questions from other users. The main goal of this project was that older people could leave some stories about themselves from their lives for their family and friends. And to keep their memory alive for as long as possible. The client wanted to see how people would like his project and it was decided to initially implement a minimum viable product(MVP) in order to reduce development costs and check how relevant the project would be. After the MVP version was successfully completed and attracted investors, we started developing a full-fledged mobile application for major mobile platforms with extended functionality.
First and foremost, we were tasked with developing the application logic from scratch. This involved carefully crafting and implementing the core functionalities of the software, ensuring its smooth operation and optimum performance.
Additionally, we were responsible for designing and developing the architecture of the AWS service. By leveraging the power of cloud computing, we aimed to create a robust and scalable infrastructure that could seamlessly handle the demands of the software.
Furthermore, we embarked on the journey of creating and configuring a Progressive Web Application (PWA). This cutting-edge technology allowed us to provide users with a seamless and immersive web experience, combining the best of web and mobile applications in one platform.
To enhance the capabilities of the software, we focused on optimizing the process of recording and sending video clips. By streamlining this functionality, we aimed to provide users with a more efficient and convenient way to capture and share their moments.
Last but not least, we undertook the development of both desktop and mobile applications. This ensured that users could access the software on various devices, providing them with flexibility and a seamless user experience.
Throughout this project, our team embraced the challenge with a professional and easy-going attitude. We combined our technical expertise with a passion for innovation, always striving to create a solution that would exceed expectations.
By approaching our tasks with good vibes and a positive outlook, we were able to deliver a feasible solution that met the complex requirements of the project.

We are delighted to highlight how our project team successfully implemented a project methodology that has brought numerous benefits to our esteemed client. By adopting the Kanban methodology and incorporating daily stand-ups, we have achieved a remarkable level of transparency and collaboration within our team.
Moreover, we have discovered creative ways to optimize our communication process, resulting in more streamlined and time-efficient calls. Our team's dedication to individual preparation and the use of asynchronous methods has significantly reduced the duration of team calls, ensuring that only the necessary participants are involved.
Furthermore, we have introduced daily reports on our messenger chat group, eliminating the need for stakeholders to attend every single call. This approach has kept the entire team well-informed and up-to-date. Through the implementation of these successful communication strategies, we have significantly enhanced the overall efficiency and productivity of our project.
