Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to become an expert in leading diverse teams, making sure our projects are executed flawlessly, and delivering them on time. I've learned how to communicate effectively with all the people involved, identify potential issues, and come up with plans to tackle them. Plus, I've gotten pretty good at managing project budgets!
Now, I really feel at home in fast-paced environments where things are constantly changing. I thrive in a collaborative culture where teamwork is key. You can count on me to take an agile approach, using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. I'm all about conducting meetings like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. This project is a comprehensive platform that aims to bridge the gap between jobseekers and employers. The platform offers a range of tools and resources to help find suitable job openings, while also providing employers with an efficient and streamlined way to recruit top talent.
The platform offers a user-friendly interface that makes it easy for jobseekers to create profiles, upload their resumes, and apply for job openings in various industries. Jobseekers can also search for jobs based on location, industry, salary, and other relevant criteria.
It was committed to providing a transparent and fair hiring process for both jobseekers and employers by providing them with valuable information on industry wages and connecting them to educational courses and recruitment programs for different fields.
Additionally, the knowledge base equips users with vital information that will benefit them in their future employment endeavors.
On this project, the client approached us with a ready-made project concept but without specifications and a complete application layout. After collecting the requirements, I conducted research on how to improve the visual and functional components of the project. I also found a designer who helped us with UI / UX improvements and we started development. I was also responsible for communication, sprint planning and reporting to the client.
